  1. Good God, Tom! an entirely new medium in which to be clever and convincing! Only my tummy doesn’t feel so good right now.

  2. Brilliant. Now I must go lose my breakfast. (Which was toast, by the way. Not chimpanzee.)

  3. Interesting that of these images of gluttony, I could see only one possible image of vegies. That was something green that looks like guacamole. I may have noticed this because I have been inclined more and more toward vegetarianism. So can you be a gluttonous vegetarian?

  4. Thanks for the comments, all–and sorry for the stomach aches. I’ve been green around the gills for days now 🙂

@Gail, you’re right–it’s mostly meat, along with some pastries and desserts. I experimented with salads and veggie dishes, but I wanted to stay true to my own gluttony, which centers mostly around meat and doughnuts. (Coulda used more cheese, now that I think of it…) Plus, the veggie images lacked both visually and metaphorically–vegetarians can be plenty gluttonous on an individual level, but you can achieve way more damage to self and planet via meat and sugar than you can with salad and beans.

  5. Showing this to Rob now before he eats breakfast… that’s right. Breakfast at noon, how we roll.

  6. I’ve worked up a good appetite, thank you very much. I particularly liked the triple cheeks in the seat.
Also, Em gives a shout out to tots!… and veggies!
